Open Posts Part Deux

I was out to supper - usually I'm just out to lunch - and we managed to get past 150 so here is another one to fill up with our collective wisdom. Another thing of interest. I may be on a run/ride with MB this coming Sunday and wonder is there any questions you would like me to ask him? He will have to answer since I'll be taking him into a section of Mboro where some local hillbilly types live. I can run so much faster than he can ride and he has "such a purty mouth." Ah...just think Deliverance. Question away.

I just had to startt off this thread with a repeat thank you.

JESSIE THANK YOU SO MUCH for the endless hours of amusement you provide be making idiotic posts such as this:
Middleboro Review wrote to BolshoiBob:
"You might want to do a little research because it appears that you have formed an opinion without any basis of fact."

By witing without any basis of fact you spawned this website. How ironic.

And then there is poor wittle mark he will continually allow Jessie to say fings like that to people. He wuvs her he helps her attack.

Hey Bogo would MB allow you to say something like to Jessie?

Suo Mynona said...

So Bogo since you will be the pool reporter the first question I have for MB is
Why do you protect Jessie?

anonymous said...

I've been to the nemasket site about once a week and it has very little activity and this has been true for months or since it got started. Do you consider it a failure? Ask him that one, Bogo.

Jessie on research! LMAO. ROTFLMAO! How much did she do on Clark? Tells Bogo to check Map Quest. That's when you had her. The ESL teachers. The +30 languages. Everything that has been posted here. That is her example of research?

WOW! Thinking back there is so much to say about our favorite blogger the worst thing I have seen of her words were not even directed at me. That issue is dead, It was just plain wrong.

The worst I seen of her was the Statement made to a Guy that works his ass off helping Middleboro.

She called him a Johnny come lately for missing a meeting.

After she wrote it, She was informed the man was at the Hospital with his wife who was seriously burnt in an accident.

I think it was the first time in this whole debate She uttered the words I'm sorry! to someone. We didn't see it in writing though. So it leaves us to our own summation on the issue.

I think you will hear the story in public again. someday!

Talk about write first think later!!

That shows a man in my eye's but please don't let that go to your head.

Anonymous said...

Ooops! I had some writing at the bottom of a man then went over to said gentlemens house and said he was sorry for her words. But then I thought about it. He still supports her.

So I deleted what I wrote because it shows he is scared of her, or he'd dump her in a minute.

Mikey, Mikey, Mikey you were far from perfect on all this and some of your stuff? Not quite MTish but damn close. But I will give you credit for this, LL, as Bogo has many a time - You Never Went After A Business! They can whine on all they want (anti's) that your site had advertisement and such as their excuse to kill that business off. No. Dead wrong on their part.

For MB - when you knew that JP had posted lies why didn't you remove them. Just delete the stuff. You kept on deleting references to Clark why not the orignal source?

Anonymous said...

See, Im not even going to get the least bit upset at putting the name Mikey out there. Am I Mikey or am I Raynham. How come you use initials on others but put Mikey out there. My hands look like there pretty clean on this one I even used a nail cleaner.

No wonder people are forced to go anonymous.

Think that is bad? I'm not either of the other two anons! Like reading a JP blog anonymous...anonymous....anonymous! LOL! Keep the nails clean, LL, as you are all right in my book. Then, again, I compare you to MB,CC, JP, MR and "1623." So you can't help but be a bit better.

Bogo-I'm going to pass on any questions to MB because I've read most everything he's put out there. Although we don't agree on a lot, he seems like a decent enough guy. There's just one thing I fault MB for: not standing up to JP and the other flame queens. People's perception of him would be better if he grew a set, even now, on nemasket with MR. The CDC is trying to identify the form of infectious pestilence MR, MT, CDP carry. Not easy because it keeps mutating and growing. Highly resistant to all known cures. Quarantine is probably the best precaution.

There will be a swing to the left with this election and that will eventually mean a very sharp shift to the right. Think of moonbats in charge. Think of all the crap about how we should run our lives. Like the saying goes they will give the shirt off YOUR back.

"That work can only be accomplished by healing the wounds caused by the divisiveness of this political campaign, the current Administration and by permanently evicting the Rovian campaign format that helped Senator McCain loose this election." - MR

This is like looking in a mirror. These two should be experts on divisiveness just based on their collective track records. I am shocked that these two shallow intellectual wanna be's actually cannot see the obvious contridictions between their personal behaviors and blogging track history in relationship to what they have posted. The Bush Administration was a dismal failure but I am even more amazed at how the Democrats managed to expand their role in Congress. The Congress has an approval rating of 9%! That is only one out of eleven think favorably of their actions and it is a Democratic Congress - yet more go in. Bizarre and then we stuff Barney Frank into Congress again.? The architect of fiscal meltdown. But as Harry S Truman - a big time fav of Bogo said “The Buck Stops Here” and Bush had the party take the fall for his failures.

IMO I feel that Bush may have destroyed the Republican Party. A few years down the road you may see many Democrats leave as they get just plain fed up with monazites that will be rampant. Reid and Pelosi will be enough to have some looking for constructive alternatives especially if things don’t turn around. Could be interesting.

Massachusetts is the moonbat capital of the country. This state is a shining example of everything that is wrong with a one party control. I guess it could be classified a moonbat oligarchy. . Shame that the Republicans can only mange to round up a few capable candidates and they are usually in the crosshairs of the liberal media.

I'm not to concerned about the current upheaval since this to will eventually fade into history as Democrats will self destruct just as the Republicans did. What my concern is what I consider the most alarming trend in our government and that is judicial activism. Judges on the Federal level have far exceeded their interpretive powers and substituted their own prerogatives.

I would put more into this but I'm not into cut and paste but just opinions not tied into reactionary political dogma.

MB is guilty by association. He links to all the hate filled blogs by Mary Jessie and Mr "this is my land". He also put out a public list of demands in coordination with JP upon MQ. It is also not very nice to trespass upon peoples' posted property repeatedly, especially when it is you arch enemies property.

drive-by said...

Actually, MB's demands were not coordinated with MR's. Hers were written much later and were much more detailed. Also, as I remember, MR was protecting MT and CC at a time when they felt LL was stalking and harassing them. Was he? I don't know. Everyone gets so hysterical over every little thing. MR also set up a permanent link on her site to LL's business. That was just wrong. Last I checked it was still there.

MB, guilt by association? Yes. But the same could be said about those who supported LL through all his hissy fits.

Frankly, I think this whole casino thing made everyone nuts. Why don't they just clear this whole mess up by putting it to a binding state referendum vote like they did in MD? That would solve things once and for all.

Why is JP so quiet on Massachusetts political corruption? Seems to go after the Republicans no end but all those Mass Dems? Nice to see how the world financial markets have responded to Obama with a two day loss of 10% here and more worldwide.

Barney Frank is a buffoon. He has been on the center of this mess for 15 years. The fools in this state just vote them in over and over and then complain when taxes go up and half of them are on the take. Get what you deserve.

How did this all come about? How did it resurface? Why after all these months? Well, MQ went to a party and brought along a plastic sheep. Fund raiser and he posted on it. Posted a few pictures on the party with him in costume with a bike helmet and turkey feathers and the sheep. No real problem since it was a parody and BB certainly knows all about parodies with his association to MT. So who makes an issue of it? Why none other than MT! Posts about all the "vulgar" things old MQ is doing. Maybe she can have a comment on what was posted on HIS (BB) site and the history of such that was posted here? Many far left 'progressive' liberals turn a blind eye to any corruption within their own element. It's easier to place the blame for corruption and incompetency on a percieved enemy than analyze the whole spectrum of ideaologies with an open mind. This type of thinking is overly simplistic and the result of lazy academics. Ignorance of the human condition to be tempted to corruption does not tip to only one side of the scale. Politicians from both parties must accept some of the responsibility for the current crisis we find ourselves in. To take the myopic view that only one side of the political spectrum is the cause of everything that's wrong with our system only alienates and will fail to lead to any real resolutions or 'changes'.

MR indicts everyone to the right of the far left because she only reads and believes rhetoric proliferated by internet organizations that agree with her agenda. She's not lying. This is the way she thinks and writes. IMO this represents incredible intellectual shallowness.

All I can suggest is to read any and all OpEd and blog articles with skepticism and take the time to research their origins of thought. Never take an author's word as Gospel. The 'truth' usually lies somewhere in the middle between both extremes.

All I can sau

Bogo is correct about the pendulum continually swinging from left to right, right to left, etc. He is also right about most phenomena, be it political, geophysical, philosphical, etc., being cyclical. Some cycles just take longer than others. This attitude is not totally fatalistic because human actions do have some impact. Just not complete control.

Security is a mere illusion. What we have today can blow away like dust tomorrow. Carpe diem!

Now bogo, don't even think I agree with you on everything. But you have been around a bit longer and seen more than most, sort of like fine aged wine. French, of course.

bogofree said...

Traditional home purchasing required some very basic financial elements such as your own investment in the range of 10-20% down payment and the percentage of gross income to be used at 28% for PITI.

In the 1990s the so called sub prime market opened up to expand home ownership options to those that had been locked out of the market. This was a cornerstone of the Clinton Administration and an issue that Barney Frank publicly supported. Good intentions? You bet but like virtually every social program that is passed oversight becomes an issue. Continuing expansion of PITI limits, less money down, exotic financial schemes all became spin-offs of this and both parties signed off on it. Regulatory responsibility went on vacation and Barney Frank is attempting to run from his involvement. Good luck, Barney, as way too many in the financial field know the truth and it is a truth that has no political boundaries.

The Bush administration turned a blind eye to it as did Congress and why not? The real estate market was in full bloom and the greed factor was taking hold. Fraudulent lending practices became common place and anyone that has been a mortgage broker the last twenty years can spell this out. Interest rates on loans were creating large profits and the bubble was expanding. Now it has burst. The paper trail is easy to follow. No brainer on that.

How much bad paper? 50 Trillion? Maybe 30% of the mortgages?

I read the blogs of the far, far left and have enough common sense and life experience to treat it exactly the same way I treat the far, far right. Amusement purposes only.

Matrix. BB just plain blew it with that site. His responsibility should have been to demand MR post her links. She is critical of others research and then pulls crap like that? She just lied and could not admit it. Should we be surprised? Look at what some others have posted regarding her comments to others. This has been going on for over a year and what has happened is she has gone from being viewed as a concerned watchdog to a town joke.

IMO we spend too much time or should I say wasting too much time on her. JP no longer has any clout as even her former fan base now knows the real truth.

Why do you keep putting up archived stuff from a year ago, password protecting it, deleting it, putting it up again, etc. repeatedly? It's your forum, and you can do what you want. And we all know you probably saved all that stuff...but I thought you wanted to put the past in the past, to let go and move on. I don't get it. Is someone intimidating you and you're showing them you can protect yourself, or are you trying to intimidate someone else? Anyway, it's this kind of stuff that keeps people away. No one wants to get caught it the crossfire between you guys.

Not telling you what to do with your own site. It's your nickel. Look, the Blogfathers lose all their power if people stop reading them. No one takes all that time to write stuff so they can just keep rereading it to themselves. They need an audience. And from looking at the drop in the number of comments, most people have had enough of them.

BTW, those 'wave to the flying monkeys', 'vegasval project', and "coffeesnot' sites are all about on a 7th grade maturity level. Really, really dumb and immature. To me, it looks like the bloggers are just trying to annoy the piss out of you and AB. Why give them the satisfaction of seeing they're getting to you?

None of my business, but keep focused on all the good, positive things you've been doing lately. That's what will change how people see you, by the good. MT, JP, CC, and CDP are already doing a great job destroying their own credibility.

IOW, frig' them. LMAO

Maybe we'll hit Flagship in Randolph tonight. Can't decide between "Changeling" or "Body of Lies". Anyone see either?

Hey, whatever happened to Hal? He seems to have just dropped out of sight. And what about the poster named "Yes"? I liked him-always kept a cool head.

Good points Drive-By on LL. The latest incident over the sheep Mike has responded quite appropriately since IMO MT posted without knowing the entire background. The rest of the stuff? I think most of us just scan the various outbursts. You are certainly correct on the credibility issue.

I am an expert on dumb and immature - especially in posting and shall leave it at that.

"Yes" was a quality poster and brought an excellent perspective to those of us who were occasionally lost. On the second part I have not paid a visit to Hal's site for about six weeks but have received some nice emails from him over the last few months. I also signed on to a letter he wrote several months back. Like with any issue there are points of agreement and disagreement. Hal was also quite honest in his assessment of a casino based on a personal visit. We certainly have had our differences but I publicly commended him (Topix) on the quality of his site and his approach to the casino issue.

I have been to Panera before and am not a fan but my wife and daughter are big time. I will "forget" to mention that new location.

Here is the latest JP quote direct from her blog! Naturally, the target of the day is the BOS on which she will never serve. Main target is MiMi. On a side note she has managed to find something wrong with the national ballots and this time it is Alaska. LOL! She's is back to her old ways. Every town has a town drunk and a town crackpot. I may fill the postion of drunk after reading a few paragraphs of her useless crap.LOL!

"Dear Mrs. Duphily, you either need to inform yourself, do your research, invest the time in the programs that are offered that explain town government, or you need to do us a favor and resign so that a candidate willing to take the time can conduct Town business."

drive-by said...

Anon 9:53

I just checked that out on MR's blog. And the sad thing is that nothing this woman writes anymore surprises me.

This is not the 1st time MR has singled out Mrs. DuPhilly for an attack on her personal and intellectual competency. And it's not the 1st or last time her remarks have been so demeaning, caustic, and condescending. I have to ask myself what motivates someone to publicly humiliate another without any basis with such fervent cruelty? From my observation, Mimi is investing herself to do a good job as a newbie on the BOS and seems to be learning the ropes. She has done nothing to deserve such a scathing mean-spirited attack from a blogger who has apparently annointed herself Middleboro's Savior.

Normally I skim the blogs and laugh at their total lack of value. But this missive was written from the gutter and there is nothing funny about it. MR, dear, don't you understand that this says much more about you than Mimi? I would suggest that before you make public judgments of other people's ethical standards and qualifications that you take a long look at your own.

Rocky: Jessie knows enough about government to constantly cause trouble. What she knows nothing about is people and relationships. And she evidently doesn't care.

I went to my primary source for evaluation of perceptions of local politicos - my wife. She gave an approval rating to Mimi and that is enough for me. With JP trashing her you know she may be doing something right.

Mimi has a learning curve since this is entirely new to her. She will make mistakes and each one will be magnified from those on the outside looking in. Personally, I expect mistakes. I expect confusion at times. I also suspect the same will lessen as time goes by. That goes with any public profile job or office.

What you pointed out, Mildly, is nothing new but you said it in a very profoundly.

And Jessie is absolutely Perfect and has never made any mistakes.

Hey Raynham, has Jessie made any Boo Boos?

"Oops - here comes another house lien." - Gladys Kravitz

Is she having money problems?

anonymous said...

Rocky. How do you know Jessie is on a disability? I would not doubt it but is there any proof? IMO it means little if she is. Personally, being a moonbat means you usually know how to play the system.

If Gladys has money woes then join the club.

Bessie rhymes with Jessie but ones a bitter old cow and the other you get milk from.

She knows nothing about town government.

Jessie is the boy who cried wolf. Even if there was a wolf, no one would listen.

I edite my comment that was not nice about Froggy

Maybe that is why she is not able to blog every single day. She is too busy actually working for a living.

Not eveyone can be retired and living on SS and retirement and part A, B, C, D, Z, and more

Don't know what the comment was but assumed by reading anons post that I have a good idea. Thank you for the self edit, Rocky.

I also agree that we should all be careful on posting info that is based on rumors or hearsay such as the Gladys comment. It is also irrelevant to the topics at hand. Her position on the casino and methods of expressing that opinion are fair game.

Bogo. When something is a public record can we post it? I know you and others post on comments made on blogs and this site was created in response to a bog.

Jessie is doing awsome in my eyes.
They all are. I don't have a problem with no one.

Can you get drunk off Diet Coke?

OH OH you got everyone thinking with comment anonymous.
LMAO

"Bogo. When something is a public record can we post it? I know you and others post on comments made on blogs and this site was created in response to a bog."

What I want to avoid is the unsubstantiated comments such as the one that the poster deleted and the one regarding a financial situation on Mary. If anything becomes public record then just post it. I may not agree with the relevance but as long as it is not innuendo then fine. Likewise, if I was arrested, divorced or sued and it was public record I am positive certain CFO types whose ire I have raised would make an issue of it. So be it since it is then public record. This is what Mark ran or rode into with the trespass issue. If he was not involved in the casino debate it would have been a non issue.

I try to have a basis of fact in my posts and I feel I have been successful in that. If not I will correct, delete or apologize depending upon what it is. I did that on several occasions at the nemasket site. On the topic of the legitimacy of CFO as qualified tax exempt I was quite careful on my postings until all the facts were in. That certainly did not happen on Topix. Where they all ran wild. It certainly did not happen on the famed marshmallow incident or the recent sheep brouhaha. Move with caution for if you err it is less of a mess to sweep up. Try to get as much of the facts as possible otherwise you will end up with a Clark situation on hand and no exit strategy .

On Topix several months ago someone posted regarding my fabricating my credentials. I took this matter very seriously and made a stringent effort to post the pertinent facts. I had also considered pursuing legal redress on the matter since it possibly could impact upon me professionally. I was told I would be wasting my time and money but I was just concerned about taking public the poster and not concerned about compensation. I want to make every effort to avoid similar situations for others. I also want to avoid any attempts at destruction of someone’s business. That will not be tolerated.

Again, if you wish to respond to an outrageous blog or statement here or elsewhere just do so. If you wish to be critical of the BOS or a member or any other public official please do so with as much supporting evidence as possible. If someone wishes to drag the debate into the gutter then you can choose to go above the fray or sink to that level. Personally, I am the sinking type.

bogo-confirmed liars, who NEVER read Topix, posted some lies and nasty stuff on several posts on Topix then stayed silent when some others got blamed. Nice. Not MB.

A word on internet background checks on public records. If you read the disclaimer when you purchase the product you will see that they can not guarantee accuracy. AND you are prohibited by law to reproduce the results elsewhere on the internet. The only public records that can be reproduced are those with a certified stamp from the issuing department.

drive-by said...

that includes criminal conviction records....

anonymous said...

Alias. Is that those sites you go to that will do a background check for a fee? They just seem to search public records.

I know months ago MQ had a real problem with some posts on Topix where they were accusing him of some really off the wall activities. When you say NEVER read Topix it certainly narrows it down in my view to a small and select few.

drive-by said...

Yes, Anon 4:32, these are service for fee($9.99 to $99.99) and include companies like Intellius. They make it very clear in their disclaimer that because they are dealing with millions of records, mistakes in identities are made. People who use their services may not legally share this information because of the large nargin for error. LL's name could easily have been confused.

As to the 'select few' I mean the usual 3-4 suspects....all CFO.

anonymous said...

I understand, Alias, and I suspected who you were thinking of.

I did a Google search on Mr. Limo when MQ was on the old CFO site and it came up with hits on virtually everyone that was NOT MQ. Same with his name and my name. With some of the people I feel we are discussing that would not make a difference as they would post and think later.

I get hits on Bogo since he posts on several baseball boards. I get hits on myself that are not even close. Sometimes there is too much information.

The problem is, anonymous, these same people aren't any more responsible on their blogs than they were on Topix.

MT wrote on a blog that she ran a background check on a "person who had been harassing her" and the report showed he was convicted of a violent felony. Sorry, her info is unreliable.

anonymous said...

Reading Bogo's earlier post it is clear that he wishes to avoid that Topix trap and the irresponsible bloggers. Can't blame him. I know if public information becomes available on anyone involved in this be they pro, anti or neutral it will be posted by someone. CFO has MT, MR and CC and I would suspect that they would not hesitate especially after MB and his trespass incident. However when it is just rumor that is not enough to me. That is just mud slinging and I still see it on Topix and within certain blogs.

Mike. I can see MT and MR coming to your front door now! I'm sure they know everything there is to know about you including probably taking a stool sample. If they wish to dish any dirt it will only explode in their faces. They have enough problems as it is being isolated thanks to their own excesses.

Looks to me that all the sites but this one are biting the dust. That's a good thing. :)

relax. no one's checking anyone out. old topix history. let's drop it.

dogs not to get--welsh corgis. they bite.

Looks like I missed a discussion of interest on the past which amounted to digging into the past of some posters. I'm sure a certain few have made searches on moi and I could care less as long as any facts posted are legitimate.

I remember than extensive posting on Topix and elsewhere directed at LL that was complete with spelling and grammatical error for effect. I know I have very strong suspicions on who instigated that. I also suspect that person is not above doing this both ways to fan the flames. I doubt you will see a repeat of it.

bogofree:you know what they say about assuming. You may think you know the whole story about all that happened and who did what. But you don't have a clue. And I'm not inclined to clarify. Wouldn't accomplish anything but more hate. And look what that has brought everyone.
